Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied towards your service total.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours. Notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total scheduled service amount. This policy protects the time reserved specifically for you.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
